A. N. Other (various)

This was one of Angela Cook’s summer productions, Merry Men of Sherwood [Who Shot the Sheriff] (©May 2004), in which I played a total of eight different characters, including a cross-dressing Messenger (moonlighting as a Serving Wench, essentially {and why not?} to cause confusion), a Punch and Judy Man, complete with voices, Magnificent Marvin the Compère, and a lisping, effete King Richard the Lion(?)heart.

This production was very useful, despite the obviously light-hearted nature (intended as it was, primarily for uncomplicated entertainment), because it enabled me to develop all these very different characters.
